Pierson's Grille & Spirits opened at Boyne Mountain Resort in the winter of 2003. Pierson's is part of the resort's Pedestrian Village, where skiers and snowboarders can ride right to the front door. It's a great place to dine during the summer too, located just behind Avalanche Bay Water Park. The casual, resort-style atmosphere makes it the perfect restaurant to take the kids during the day, and a fun place to return to later for a few drinks! We recommend a glass of the Pierson's IPA, brewed by Short's Brewery. Or bring your friends and give our famous shot-ski a try!

True diehards can dine outside all year round, but warming up inside by the fireplace or watching the game on one of our TVs is pretty nice too! Our menu features hearty comfort food like burgers, ribs, and lasagna, along with lighter fare. Daily menu additions give visitors a few more options, and every Friday and Saturday we serve the best sushi on the mountain.

Pierson's Grille & Spirits is open every day of the year, so stop and see us anytime. Lunch is served daily from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. Dinner goes from 4:00PM to 9:00PM Sunday-Thursday and 4:00PM to 11:00PM Saturdays and Sundays.  Enjoy live music every weekend year-round.
